After years of drinking boring instant coffee each morning, Dalina tasted her first cup of specialty coffee that opened her palate to the possibilities of an aromatic and balanced cup. She worked with Cafe de Amore for over 10 years during the first wave of coffee where she gained a deep knowledge of the specific flavor notes, origin, roast profiles, freshness, and brewing methods.
She’s traveled to several coffee farms across southern Mexico to understand the farmers' experience and create more value for their hard work. She now shares knowledge on how specific beans can create creamy, acidic, intense flavor tones with each of her clients to create the best flavor experience for their palate.
